In September, we implemented a few nice improvements. No flashy changes, but exactly those things that save you time and frustration daily. This way you work smarter, without hassle. Discover below what is new.
Copy and paste tags
Retyping tags is a thing of the past. From now on, you can easily copy and paste existing tags (and other metadata) to new files. This way you add new content faster and everything stays neatly tagged.
How it works:
- Select the file from which you want to copy tags
- Click on Edit
- Scroll down and click on Copy Fields
- Choose which fields you want to include (for example tags or descriptions)
- Select the new files
- Click on Edit and choose Paste Fields
The tags are automatically copied. Ideal if you regularly add similar content.
Multiple URLs in one field
Sometimes one file is used in multiple online places. Think of the same photo on different web pages. From now on, you can put multiple URLs in the same URL field. This way you easily keep track of where the file is visible. Neat, clear, and handy for updates.
Trash with 30-day recovery option
Accidentally deleted a file? Admin users can now go back up to 30 days in time. In the settings, a trash is available where you can find deleted files and easily restore them.
After 30 days, files are automatically permanently deleted. But until then, you have control yourself.
