While half of the Netherlands is on vacation, FileFlow has not been idle. We have implemented a number of handy improvements that make your image bank work even easier. Small but nice, and exactly the things that save you time daily. These are the highlights of our August update.
Set language per user
Everyone can now choose their preferred language themselves, instead of the entire organization using the same language setting. So your international colleague can work in English and you just in Dutch. Handy for international teams and external collaborations.
Guest users refreshed and simpler
Guest users as you knew them no longer exist. Instead, one new group "Guest Users" has been created, by default with only view and download rights. This group has been automatically added to all organizations that previously had guest users. From now on, we no longer distinguish between guest, normal, or admin users. Bonus: the standard package now includes 250 users, regardless of type.
User list alphabetically
No more hassle searching: the user list in the settings is now automatically sorted alphabetically (A-Z). Fast and clear.
