New update – February 2025

It is February and that means… a brand new update! We have not been idle and have developed extensively to make FileFlow even more user-friendly and smarter. Here are the newest features ready for you:

User groups: now also for rights

From now on, you can use user groups not only to give users access to certain categories, but also to assign rights! This makes managing access levels much easier. Set exactly per group what they may see and do, and keep everything clear.

Customizable fields – You determine what you see

We noticed that not everyone finds the same information equally relevant. Therefore, you can now determine yourself whether fields such as Created on, File format, and Keywords are shown as filters. No more unnecessary filters, only what you need!

Extra tip: The field Created on is now filterable by year. This way you can, for example, find all images from a specific year in one click. Handy if you want to quickly search for older or recent content!

People tag – A preview of the future 👀

We have added the field People as a new standard within the DAM. But that is not all… This is the basis for an exciting future development that we will launch soon. Do you already know what it could be?

In short, we have made it a bit easier and more fun to optimally use your DAM.
