New update – July 2025

As of July 2025, it is available: the brand new FileFlow Upload App! With this app, you can now upload photos and videos super fast from your mobile directly to your DAM. No more detours via email or WeTransfer, but directly from your smartphone. Handy, right?

Why this app is so handy

The app is specifically for users who are often on the go. Think of field services, event staff, or photographers on location. Quickly take a photo and upload it? With the app, you have that sorted in no time. Everything immediately ends up in your own DAM, ready to organize and tag later via the platform.

Note: In the app, you can only upload files. For adding tags, you use the familiar web environment.

Also worked on under the hood

In addition to launching the app, we have implemented a number of regular improvements to make FileFlow even faster and more stable. Think of small optimizations in the search function, faster load times, and a number of bug fixes.

Extra security layer added

From now on, a user automatically logs out after 12 hours of inactivity. This ensures that unused sessions do not remain open, for example on shared devices.
