It is March and that means… a new update that makes your work even clearer! We have not been idle and added an important new feature that will help you manage your DAM even more efficiently. Meet the new Archive environment in FileFlow!

The new Archive environment – Two environments, one solution

With the Archive environment, you can now easily separate active and older files. You have two separate environments: one for the images that are currently relevant and one for the older images that you do not want to delete, but should remain safely and neatly stored. These separate environments ensure that your workspace stays clear and you have access to everything you need, without having to browse through outdated files.

Access to the archive is easy to set up under 'Rights'. This way you as an Admin user determine who has access to which files and the DAM stays well organized and secure.

Smart search in your archive

The best of all? Images in the archive are just as easy to find thanks to the tags that are preserved. When you search in the future, you can easily filter based on tags, without being overwhelmed by old files that are no longer relevant. This way everything stays well organized and accessible.

With this new feature, FileFlow makes managing your files much easier and more efficient, without you ever losing sight of important documents. We continue to develop FileFlow to make your work run even more smoothly.
