New update – May 2025

It is May and that means… another new update!
New month, new possibilities – and therefore also a new update for FileFlow. We have listened to your wishes (and secretly also to our own frustrations while searching 😉) and have implemented a number of smart improvements.

Search like a pro!
Imagine: colleague Dominique appears in one photo as a model with sunglasses on the beach, and in another she is behind the camera at an event. With our new search functionality, you no longer have to hesitate between them. You can now specifically search for "Dominique as photographer" or "Dominique as model". No more endless scrolling, just find what you are looking for – super fast and spot-on.

Filter by date, status, and file size
Another improvement that will make you happy: you can now filter files by creation date, expiration status, or file size. Ideal if you are looking for only recent images, for example, or only files that are (not yet) expired. Everything to get you to the right content faster.

Archive refreshed
We have also made some small adjustments to the Archive environment. It now looks a bit more logical and clear, so you find your way even easier.

FileFlow continues to evolve – so you work even more smoothly with your DAM.
