New update – November 2025

FileFlow continues to evolve to make collaboration even easier, safer, and more accessible. This update includes improvements that benefit both users and admins directly.

Smarter search for consent forms

It sometimes happened that consent forms in the uncategorized category were not included in search results. That is now fixed. From this update, all forms are found, so you can always link the right form. Less searching, more doing.

Messages visible on shared files

A small but handy addition: the message you type when sharing files is now also shown on the shared files page. This keeps it clear which context or explanation belongs to the shared files.

Automatic blocking of expired files

Security remains a priority. Therefore, admins can now automatically block files whose expiration date has passed. Users can then no longer download or share these files. The feature can be enabled via Account > Settings > Customizable Fields. This way you keep control over the security and currency of shared documents.

Accessible according to WCAG 2.1 level AA

Finally, FileFlow has been technically updated to comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines. This means the platform is more accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities.
